How It Works
To Be A
Mentee
To become a mentee you will click the button below and begin filling out a survey. This survey will be used to determine which mentor match will be the best fit for you. You can choose whether you want your mentor to be based on specialty area, geographical location, workplace setting, personal situation (ex: adjusting to nursing as a parent, etc), or some combination. Once your survey has been submitted, it will be reviewed and a mentor match will reach out to you via email or text within the next 2 weeks. If you do not hear back within 14 days please use the contact VitaLink page to alert VitaLink to the situation and you will be given a new match as soon as possible.
To Be A
Mentor
To become a mentor you will fill out the survey below. The survey will give us a better understanding of who you are as a nursing mentor. Once we receive a mentee survey response that aligns with your mentor survey responses, we will reach out to you with the mentees information. You will have 7 days to let VitaLink know if this is a mentee-mentor relationship that you would like to pursue. If you decide to move forward you will have 7 additional days to reach out to your mentee. Once you and your mentee connect, it is up to you how you want to guide your relationship moving forward!
